Women’s Project Team Leader 22.5 hours/week, £22,000-£24,000 pro rata (depending upon experience), fixed term for 6 months (with the possibility of extension depending upon securing funding)

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader as Women’s Project Team Leader to coordinate the Women’s Project (Liberty) and lead the Women’s Project team along with managing a small caseload.

A Way Out’s women’s project, Liberty, consists of an outreach and a recovery program, aiming to engage women aged18+, with various needs. The projects prime focus is on tackling and addressing sexual exploitation/prostitution and the wide range of associated issues i.e. substance misuse, homelessness etc. It aims to provide clear pathways and improve access to key services such as sexual health for women involved in sex work both on and proposed off street.

The project includes evening and late night outreach, low threshold drop-ins, group work and one to one support, intending to enhance the lifestyles of women, whilst widening their long-term aspirations.
