Monitoring & Evaluation Consultant:  We are seeking an experienced consultant to expand our monitoring and evaluation, to build on previous learning and provide greater insight into the needs of our clients. The work will involve 2 of our main service areas in order to build a robust evidence base, to inform the ongoing development of our organisational strategy and the creation of new business opportunities.  Particularly we wish to expand our qualitative data to gain a better understanding of how our services are viewed and experienced by service users,  staff and volunteers, and stakeholders.

The consultant will need to have extensive experience of working with charities and ideally with specialist services that work with exploited, vulnerable women and girls. The successful candidate will work with the Chief Executive, and other staff, to develop, agree and implement a detailed work plan for their role.

We are offering initially on a one year contract with the opportunity for extension subject to performance and funding. The contract amount for this work will be £7,000 for evaluation of the Blossom project and £14,000 for the Liberty project. The value reflects the number of hours and volume of work required for each project.

Specialist Project Worker: We are seeking to recruit a dynamic and experienced person to the role of Blossom Project Specialist Worker.  This role is a new addition to our Blossom Service and aims to reach young women aged 16 – 25 with disabilities / difficulties including; physical disabilities, learning disabilities, sensory impairment and/or other health needs.  A Way Out understands that people with disabilities/difficulties may experience a variety of challenges which could negatively impact their future development. In addition, we understand that individuals with disabilities are more likely to be at risk of abuse and exploitation by virtue of their additional vulnerabilities. Our aim is to change this through using an inclusive approach, passion and determination to ultimately deliver services that directly improve the everyday opportunities for young women with disabilities/difficulties.
