Who we are

A WAY OUT stands for At Risk Women And Youth Outreach.
A WAY OUT is a women and young persons outreach, education and prevention charity, seeking to reach, change and save the lives of some of our communities most at risk and vulnerable women, children and young people.
Vision & Values
A WAY OUT derives its inspiration and values from the Christian faith. These values and beliefs provide the basis for our work with women, children and young people.
We believe that all people are equal and are entitled to an equal quality of life, regardless of their situation, background or social status.
Our vision is to educate, support and empower the most vulnerable and at-risk women and young people in society, to live healthy, safe and whole lives, living free from poverty, addiction, abuse and harm.
We are there to offer love, hope and life through our many carefully designed programmes and activities.
We also have a vision for excellence. So from our governance and organisational procedures to our service delivery we strive to perform everything excellently and have developed effective quality assurance systems to continually improve what we do and how we do it.
