The Team Expands...

We are growing as a team and we now have 22 employed members of staff! We've come a long way from our humble beginnings in Jessie's living room in 2002.

These staff members have all started at A Way Out since October 2011.

Dave Bowditch is our Business Development Manager.He works with CEO Jessie and the Business Development Sub Group to generate income through tenders and contracts and to help us start to deliver new service through service delivery partnerships. He is also helping to raise the profile of A Way Out and develop relationships with commissioners, public sector services other VCS organisations.

Ian Proudler is our new Fundraising Manager and works alongside the Fundraising Sub Group and Jessie to generate income through grants, major donors, individual supporters and business and corporate leads. He is also working to raise the profile of A Way Out through devloping new relationships with businesses and others who may be interested in supporting the work of the charity.

Iona Campbell is our new Young Women's Alcohol Support Officer. She provides a specialist service to young women with alcohol misuse problems, assisting with the delivery of both recovery and preventative programmes and undertaking outreach in the local area.
