We are so thankful to the thousands of people over the past few years who have helped support A WAY OUT and we are hoping that by clicking on this page you have decided to join with those people, to reach, change and save the lives of some of our communities most at risk and vulnerable women and young people.

We have a number of ways that you can help us achieve our vision

As well as understanding how your involvement will make a difference, learning more about A WAY OUT will help you spread the word about the work we do.  

We believe that making a difference for A WAY OUT is contagious, every year more and more people are getting involved, becoming part of a movement of people, people who care, people who give, people who are making a difference, people who are saving lives.

You may never meet one of women or young people face to face but by getting involved you will have helped to change their lives because every donation, no matter how small, helps us reach, change and save lives:

£10 could pay for 20 copies of a drugs awareness leaflet. A simple leaflet put in the hand of a vulnerable child could prevent them experiencing the harm caused to 1000's of children and young people through substance abuse every year

£30 could pay for one hours counseling for a young woman who has been sexually exploited

£50 could run our education, rehabilitation and support centre for one hour

£100 could pay for a one day personal development program for a young man with mental health needs

£230 could run one week of community based youth outreach project, providing on average, 40 young people experiencing poverty, a range of positive, healthy and safe activities.

£400 could fund a health promotion worker for one working week.
