Well you have come to the right place
A WAY OUT are there to help you make positive life changes; this can be from living healthier, learning a new skill or making new friends, to finding a way out of homelessness, escaping gangs or breaking addictions.
We have a brilliant team of trained workers and volunteers delivering a variety of services across Stockton and you don't have to be from Stockton to work with us.
There are three ways you can access our services, you can get online support & advice through facebook, you can arrange to make an appointment with one of our workers or you can find out when our services are running and just turn up - it's that easy
Facebook - if you are a young woman add Sarah A WAY OUT as your friend. We have on-line advisors who will answer any questions you might have around life issues or A WAY OUT services, we will also keep you updated on young women's services and activities
If you don't use facebook or are not a young woman then you can drop us an email or give us a call, tell us what you would like support with and one of our amazing workers will get in touch with you.

- Alcohol advice or support
- Drugs advice or support
- Healthy eating support & education
- Homeless support such as clothing & Toiletries packs, advice & support to getting your won accomodation
- Addiction support such as one to one work, group work, therapies and advice
- Accredited courses (get back into learning with exciting programs delivered at "The Gate" our fantastic new centre
- Art & Crafts
- Community Drop in sessions
- One to one befriending (sometimes it's just good to have someone to talk to)

- DJ & open mic sessions

- Family & Parent classes & support
