We are seeking to recruit a dynamic and experienced Young Women’s Project Worker
, to support the delivery of the Blossom Project outreach, in-reach and recovery program, to meet and build relationships with vulnerable young women and hold a caseload of those young women offering practical and emotional support to encourage and motivate change.
With Big Lottery funding, A Way Out has developed an outreach and engagement service, targeted to support young women aged 16-24 years living in Stockton-on-Tees who are at significant risk of poor outcomes due to a range of vulnerabilities and complex needs.
The project, delivered within a multi-agency framework, includes outreach, hostel in-reach and low threshold drop-ins, group work and one to one support, intending to enhance the lifestyles of young women, whilst raising their long-term aspirations.
