We would like to say a MASSIVE thank you to Heather Barrass from Bradford who has kindly collected and donated 100 Easter Eggs to A Way Out. This is what Heather said about collecting the Easter Eggs...
"I recently learnt about your charity through my mum who attended New Wine in Harrogate the other week as she brought me a hoodie and T-shirt back, and I honestly believe it's such a great charity and cause. Being only 16 i'm unable to pledge money monthly myself but felt that I still wanted to show my support someway or another and not just through prayer.
On the 1st April I'm doing an assembly with my tutor group to the rest of our house group about Easter and the real meaning of it as I'm the only Christian in the school - minus my younger brother. After this I want to try and collect Easter eggs to be donated, I'm hoping to collect quite a lot and I'm also asking my Church congregation".
From everyone at A Way Out we would like to say a big thank you. The eggs are being given out to the people that we work with and not one will go to waste.
